Processing Time
Orders placed on Obsidian Coffee are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We offer the following shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 3-5 business days.
• Express Shipping: Estimated delivery in 1-3 business days.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the shipping provider’s website.

International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
