Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any unopened, unused items in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@obsidian-coffee.com. You will receive instructions on how to send your items back to us.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Opened food or beverage products
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that this time frame may vary depending on the processing banks’ internal processing.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@obsidian-coffee.com.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
