Our Brazil Santos coffee is sourced from the finest farms in Parana and Sao Paulo, including Fazenda Santa Barbara, Sao Francisco, and Santo Antonio. These farms grow the Catuai and Mundo Novo varieties at altitudes between 750-1050 meters in nutrient-rich volcanic loam soils. By working closely with these farms, we ensure that the coffee is grown using sustainable farming methods and traditional practices like pulped natural processing and sun-drying. This not only produces a superior quality coffee but also supports the local farming communities.
