Sustainably Grown in the Highlands of Bali

Our Bali Blue coffee is sourced from smallholder farmers in the Kintamani region of Bali, Indonesia, where the coffee is grown at altitudes between 1200-1600 meters in rich volcanic loam soils. These farmers use traditional methods to hand-pick the coffee cherries, which are then wet-hulled and dried on raised beds to preserve their distinct flavors. We partner with these farmers to ensure that the coffee is produced sustainably, supporting both the environment and the local communities who grow this exceptional coffee.
