Our Colombia Coffee is sourced from smallholder farmers in the highlands of Medellin, Antioquia, where the beans are grown at altitudes between 1300-1500 meters in fertile volcanic loam soils. The farmers cultivate traditional varieties such as Castillo, Caturra, Colombia, and Typica, known for their unique flavor profiles. We partner directly with these farmers to ensure sustainable farming practices and fair compensation, supporting the local communities while delivering high-quality coffee. The beans are fully washed and dried in solar dryers, protecting the beans from rain and preserving their distinct flavors.
