Sourced from 1500 grower members of the Café Organics Marcala Cooperative in La Paz, Honduras, our Honduras Coffee is cultivated at altitudes between 1300-1700 meters in nutrient-rich clay mineral soils. This cooperative focuses on sustainable farming practices and organic cultivation, ensuring that the coffee is grown with care for both the environment and the community. By partnering with these farmers, we ensure that the coffee is ethically sourced, while providing support for the local economy and preserving the natural ecosystem.
