Our Peru Coffee is sourced from the Cooperativa Agricola de Servicios Norandino, where dedicated farmers grow the beans at altitudes of 1100-1700 meters in the clay-rich soils of Piura and Amazonas. These smallholder farmers use traditional, sustainable methods to cultivate varieties like Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor, ensuring high-quality beans that reflect the unique terroir of the region. By partnering with these cooperatives, we support fair trade practices and help sustain the local farming communities.
